On the inventory screen press
L2,R2,triangle,L1,L1,circle,R2,L2
MAXIMUM WEAPONS:
Enter this sequence in the inventory screen to make Lara sigh:
L1,triangle,L2,R2,R2,L2,circle,L1
Now return to action then when you return to the inventory you’ll see with relief she has full weaponry and ammo

One hint – don’t look at a walkthrough guide for any of the games until you’ve played it through at least once. There’s nothing quite like discovering secrets and other areas yourself! 🙂
