Tomb Of Qualopec

Please help. My son is stuck on this level on TR1 and I am trying to get him out of it. He has just collected a Scion and the roof has collapsed sealing off the tomb. Can anybody tell me where to go from here without using cheats?

Yes, you need to run out of the room and follow the first passage that you entered the level through. It looks like the boulder is blocking it, but you can get past. You’ll end up back in the valley level with the waterfall, but you’ll need to climb out quickly as there’s an unpleasant surprise waiting for Lara!

Thank you for your help in getting my son out of the tomb. It was much appreciated. He has, however, got himself into another impasse and has asked me to seek help again.
He is apparently stuck in a mine somewhere having had all his weapons taken from him as well as the scions he has collected. He has just entered the mine where there is a waterfall and the walls are all black. He says that he has found a switch behind the waterfall but cannot find any way to proceed.
Can anybody help?

You have to actually swim down under the waterfall, as there’s a passage there. You can find the walkthrough to this level here:
